Disability Providers Network provides an online educational course delivered over a period of six (6) weeks, designed to educate participants on how to start and operate their own independent NDIS provider business. The course is delivered digitally through our online platform. Upon enrolment and payment, you will be granted access to the course materials and resources for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
USER RESTRICTION
As a user of this website, you understand and acknowledge that anyone who has sufficient Internet access can visit Disability Providers Network. Regardless, all of the content uploaded and featured on our website shall remain “as is.” Furthermore, we do not grant the rights to intellectual property and copyright to our users, whether expressed or implied.
AUTHORISED USE
Our website offers free resources to its users, including print materials and videos. However, you must pay the fees required to gain access to our paid course, paid resources, consulting services, and others. Such fees will be specified in the registration process unless otherwise stated. After completing the payment, you can gain full access to our paid materials and resources using any of your digital devices, given that you are connected to the Internet.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, materials, videos, templates, documents, and resources provided by Disability Providers Network remain the exclusive intellectual property of Disability Providers Network. Upon enrolment, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own individual use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or make available to any third party any part of the course content. Any unauthorised use of the course content in breach of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund and may expose you to legal liability. For clarity, this applies only where you have breached this clause and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The course and all materials provided by Disability Providers Network are for general educational and informational purposes only. NDIS DISCLAIMER
Disability Providers Network is an independent education provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any government department or agency. Becoming a registered NDIS provider is subject to assessment, audit, and approval processes that are determined solely by the relevant government authorities and are entirely outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will become a registered NDIS provider, or that your application for registration will be successful.
